EMULSOL ECO COOL – SSC325 is general purpose cutting oil for Jobs such as Disk Grinding works and centerless grinding, drilling, milling and turning works. It is suitable for steel, all carbon steel, Alloy steel and general cast iron. The oil gets prevented from formation of Bacteria and Fungi due to Bio-degradable formulation. It has an excellent anti – septic property and rejects Tramp oil which avoids smell and rusting. It has an excellent rust preventive and Lubricating values.

Direction for usage
- EMULSOL ECO COOL –SSC325 is recommended for a concentration of 3.5 to 7.5% for machining jobs & 3 to 5% for Grinding jobs.
- Clean the sump while charging fresh emulsion
- The preparation of Emulsion to be done before pouring into the sump
- The Refractometer reading to be maintained between 3 to 3.5 regularly

Packing & Storage
- EMULSOL ECO COOL – SSC325 is packed in steel barrels of 210 Ltrs & 35 ltrs
- Keep away from sun light. As far as possible store inside with low temperature variation. Covers to be used for outside storage.
