Water soluble cutting oils, makes a milky emulsion when mixed proportionately with water. The characteristics of this emulsion are anti-rust, anti corrosive and anti foaming. The solution prevents bacterial growth due to biocides. It gives a good tool life and surface finishing. It minimizes wear and tear and blunting of tool due to overheat and gives rapid cooling and flushing action. Recommended for various cutting operations on ferrous and non ferrous metals. Mixing ratio on oil to water is 1:20 to 1:40 depending upon the operation and tensile strength of material. Our product meets IS 1115 – 1986 specification.

Direction for usage
- Emulsol Emulcut Super, The recommended concentration for medium machining is 4 – 6% and for heavy duty it is 7 to 11%. For grinding jobs it should be 4 to 5 %.
- Clean the sump while charging fresh emulsion
- The preparation of emulsion to be done before pouring into the sump
- The Refractometer reading to be maintained between 4 to 5%

Packing & Storage
- Emulsol Emulcut Super is packed in steel barrels of 210 Ltrs, 35 Ltrs jerry can & 20 Ltrs pale
- Avoid Spillage when decanting. Keeps barrels closed when not in use. Maximum temperature of storage area should never exceed beyond 70°C.
