Emulsol Emulsifier-100 is an Emulsifier for cutting oil and is prepared by adding 20% by volume or weight in Spindle oil, SN 70, N 70, Heavy Alkylate etc., which gives an excellent anti corrosive property, indoor protection for ferrous& non ferrous metals and stable emulsion in hard water above 400ppm for long duration.
The above mineral oils blended with this Emulsifier will be a superior quality soluble type metal working Emulsifying liquid having exceptional anti – corrosive and rust preventive properties. The cutting oil will have superior hard working stability and exhibits better cast iron corrosion test results. The mineral oils blended with this Emulsifier is recommended for more severe application for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals in 5 to 10% emulsion strength depending upon the severity of machining operations.
Advantages
The mineral oils blended with this Emulsifier will have:-
- Exceptional Anti – corrosive and rust preventive.
- Stable milky emulsion with water having hardness range 400 to 600ppm.
- Highly satisfactory dissipation and cooling properties resulting excellent surface finish and longer tool life.
- Do not decompose, retains physical properties long sump life.
- Do not contain ingredients harmful in operation.
- Better hard water stability with superior cast iron corrosion test results.
- Emulsifier blended with SN70 (group 1) (HPCL & IOCL), SN70 (group II) & Heavy Alkaline with dosage of 18-20% volume or weight.
