SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL ADDITIVES
Emulsol Emulsifier is approx. 100% Bio-Degradable and is a superior quality soluble type metal working emulsifying liquid having exceptional anti-corrosive and rust preventive properties. The cutting oil will have superior hard working stability and exhibits better cast iron corrosion test results. The mineral oils blended with this Emulsifier is recommended for more severe application for both ferrous and nonferrous metals and stable emulsion in hard water upto 800-1000ppm for long duration. It contains rust inhibitor, biocide, fungicide, and deformer & lubricity additives. It is suitable for all kind of base oil SN70 & SN150 (group 1) (HPCL & IOCL), SN70 (group II) and Heavy Alkylate with ratio of 18-20%. The base of cutting oil is confirmed IS 1115/86.
VISCOSITY IMPROVER
Emulsol VI 1100 is manufactured with polymer as base. By virtue of its nature its resistance doesn't allow increase in oil temperature. It doesn't permit formation of carbon and gives smooth lubrication. These grades are recommended for use in all engine oils, hydraulic oils & specialty oils
RUST PREVENTIVE ADDITIVE
Additive is manufactured by wool grease based preventing for rust formation Rust Preventive Additive is corrosion Inhibitor additive effective in protection highly polished metal surfaces. It is applicable in solvent or oil based rust preventives by spraying or brushing on metal parts. Dry film of Rust Preventive gives excellent stability for metal in acid furnes, humid atmosphere.
