Chennai Emulsifiers is engaged (1) In the manufacture of Lubricating Oil (2) In the manufacture of Polyurethane, as a Tolling Agent on behalf of Covestro India Pvt Ltd from 2015.
The manufacturing facility is located in 114 SIDCO Industrial Estate, Vichoor ,Manali new Town Chennai -103 with adequate water and power supply with adequate ETP system. The neighboring Industries are small /medium Scale manufacturing unit. The Plant has a total area of 22,000 sq. ft. and it has a total built up area of 10,000 sq. ft. The plant has production capacity of 1000 Kl per month. The Building is a ground floor structure with the following departments to undertake manufacturing of Polyurethane products, in addition to the manufacturing of Lubricating Oils. The plant is centrally located within the accessible area of 6 km from the highway, Rail road Complex and the sea port.

Quality Management and System.
The manufacturing facility is an ISO Certified .Well Assured and effective quality control is in place to comply with the various systems and practices. The premises are well ventilated with the perfect ventilation system. All necessary testing of Raw material , packing materials, intermediate products, finished products as well as in process checks during production are carried out as per laid down Specifications. All products are processed and manufactured as per requirement. The quality policy and the quality objectives of our firm are given below,
