WATER SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL

These are water soluble cutting oils, makes a milky emulsion when mixed proportionately with water. The characteristics of this emulsion are anti - rust, anti corrosive and anti foaming, The solution prevents bacterial growth due to biocides, it gives a good tool life and surface finishing. It minimizes wear and tear and blunting of tool due to over heat, and gives rapid cooling and flushing action. Recommended for various cutting operations on ferrous and non ferrous metals, Mixing ratio on oil to water is 1:20 to 1:40 depending upon the operation and tensile strength of material.

SEMI-SYNTHETIC CUTTING OIL

EMULSOL ECOCOOL - SSA225 This is excellent for heavy duty cutting operations and has a very good lubricating, stability, rust protection properties. This is specially recommended for aluminium jobs.

EMULSOL ECOCOOL - SSC325 This is general purpose cutting oil used for disk grinding works and center less grinding, drilling, milling and turning works. This is recommended for steel, all carbon steel, alloy steel and general castiron.

RUST PREVENTIVE OIL

These oils are recommended for action against rust forming on the finished work piece during storage, and it protects metal surfaces against corrosion. These oils having rust preventive materials in a solvent for easy application. At the time of application the solvent evaporates leaving a deposit on the surface. This coating acts as a rust guard. This can be easily applied by brush, spray or swab.

HYDRAULIC OIL

Our product is highly recommended for wider variety of systems of circulation and those hydraulic power systems which operate in a range of exposed industrial and automotive equipment environment. We are recommending this for better gear lubrication, piston stumps and vane. It can also be used in variety of marine applications and at the same time, it should not be used in combination with such hydraulic oils having zinc additive.

GEAR OIL

Gear oils are blended with additives and suitable anti-oxidants. Due to their high viscosity they are recommended for gear transmission in cars, trucks and buses.

MACHINERY LUBE OIL

These oils are heavily refined mineral oils with anti- oxidants & anti-wear and corrosion inhibitor additives, having low carbon foaming habits. They can be used in the lubrication system of machine tools, textile machineries and also recommended for lubrication of slow and medium speed machineries. These oils with heavier grade can be utilized for small open gear system under duty conditions.

ENGINE OIL

These oils are high quality, good performance multi grade engine oils for both petrol and diesel engines. It is an excellent wear protection and avoids oil thickening habit to increase oil drain intervals, so this increases engine life. Our oils have high viscosity index, low pour point and good oxidation stability.

NEAT CUTTING OIL

These oils have good anti-oxidant, anti-wear, anti-rust and antifoam characters as they are blended from highly refined chemically stable base addictives. They also have good film strength, antiwear property, oxidation thermal stability and full protection against rusting and corrosion of metal parts.
